Once I receive your information, our admin support person at Haven Wellness Services, LLC, will respond to your request with a couple of questions before you and I connect.

During our 15 minute consult phone call, we will discuss your concerns and what’s causing you to reach out for therapy right now. We’ll discuss the changes you hope to see with therapy and how my approach to therapy may be able to help. You’re welcome to ask any questions you have - big or small. If we determine that we’re a good fit, we can move forward with scheduling your first therapy session.
